Going in-depth, Keith Wong, Digital Technology Specialist, Digital Sales and Solutions, Microsoft Hong Kong introduced the latest business applications and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot; Sherry Zhang, Lead of CRM Team, Tectura Hong Kong further explained the sales journey with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Kenneth Siu, Director of the Company, Tectura Hong Kong demonstrated the business and operational processes with Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
