A Seminar “Empowering Azure OpenAI & Copilot into Corporate Strategy: Create a Roadmap with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications” was held on 18th October 2023 (Wednesday). It was a successful seminar with over 100 registrations.

We are pleased Ms. Meg Fung, Partner Development Manager Lead, Microsoft Hong Kong, gave an inspiring speech for the event opening which enlightened our customers and partners. Adrian Tee, Enterprise Account Director, Tectura Hong Kong delivered a digital transformation journey and introduction of Tectura as well as explaining our consulting services of the highest quality enterprise business solutions.

Going in-depth, Keith Wong, Digital Technology Specialist, Digital Sales and Solutions, Microsoft Hong Kong introduced the latest business applications and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot; Sherry Zhang, Lead of CRM Team, Tectura Hong Kong further explained the sales journey with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Kenneth Siu, Director of the Company, Tectura Hong Kong demonstrated the business and operational processes with Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Industries like retail, manufacturing, trading, logistics, and financial services could reap the benefits from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP to optimise business processes, improve customer interactions and make data-driven decisions.

Coming next, we had our customer sharing. Lastly, we highlighted the keynote takeaways of creating a digital journey and transformation roadmap. Our customers gave ratings, shared feedback, and asked questions in the Q&A session. The responses were highly expressive.
