TECTURA SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH BOEING TO DEVELOP AIRLINE SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS

REDWOOD CITY, CALIF. -  September 8, 2008 – Tectura Corporation's Applied Engineering Solutions division is pleased to announce they have entered into a licensing agreement with The Boeing Company to develop custom applications for aircraft operators.  The software license agreement allows Tectura to use Boeing's Software Development Kits (SDKs) to develop airborne applications for both the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and the Core Network Application Server (CNAS).  Tectura will work directly with operators around the world to create software applications, increasing their operational efficiency and leveraging their investment in Boeing aircraft.  An AS9100 certified provider of custom airborne software systems, Tectura has worked in the aerospace industry for more than 25 years, and has a long history with Boeing, supporting many of their commercial and military programs.  According to Ben Bicknell, Executive Vice President, Tectura Applied Engineering Solutions, "We have worked with Boeing for many years and are excited about taking our relationship to the next level.  With this license we have the ability to work directly with the airlines to help them extend the great technology that Boeing has incorporated into their aircraft."
